When the password reset or account unlock is necessary, please send an e-mail to JPX Service Desk -Clearing <servicedesk@jpx.co.jp> with all the below information.

- Target user name
- Target user ID
- System name (ETF Creation/Redemption Platform)
- The details of a request (Password reset or account unlock)
- Target Environment (Production Environment or Test Environment)
- Contact information of the person in charge
