After the arrowface operation, does user still need to seal and post original document about Application forms for Proximity Services?

Answer

You do not have to seal the applications from arrowface, in principle. However, sealing and posting original document about Application forms for Proximity Services is required.
Please see the "Appendix1: arrowface Application Forms.pdf" for more details.

*In the list of Appendix1, signature is still required on application forms which are not covered by arrowface.

The documents are available on Target (JPX site).

[How to search]
1. Go to Target JPX site.

*The URL starts with "http:" if accessing Target via arrownet.

2. Click [書類を検索する] tab at the top bar.

3. Select [通知書類] in <検索対象> box.

4. Input [書類ID] then click [検索する] at the bottom of the screen.
