How can we acquire report information?

Answer

Data is sent to user system by file transfer from the information distribution system (TMI).
As file transfer protocol, FTP can be used to transfer files. User system will be treated as FTP client.
Internet or arrownet may be used as connection line between the information distribution system and the user system.
Both connection method can be used in parallel.
