Can TradeGuard be used without using arrownet v2 circuit?

Answer

TradeGuard cannot be used without using arrownet v2 circuit. 
To use TradeGuard, arrownet circuit is required. 
Please note that if there is an environment that is connected to arrowhead or clearing CMF, the relevant environment can be connected to TradeGuard (requires SP application). 
 
If a user does not have arrownet circuit, either prepare a new arrownet circuit or jointly use an arrownet circuit that user’s ISV owns. 
(In latter case, ISV would need to support NAT conversion etc., so please contact ISV.)
