Is there a standby server for TradeGuard? What will the behavior be in case of a failure?

Answer

TradeGuard operates on 2 servers which is synchronized at all times. 
We will notify the TradeGuard login ID along with IP address for both servers, please connect to either one of the addresses.
To prepare for a failure, we recommend that measures are taken so that login is available from both servers.
