Answer

The procedure is as follows:
1. Delete the existing PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Group).
(Since the effective date of deletion is the following business day, the condition of PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Group) is still valid on the date of deletion.)
2. Create the new PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Group) and add limit and IDs which are set in the old PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Group) deleted in the above "1".
(New PTLG (Pre-Trade Limit Group) will be applied on following business day.)
