Answer

Sub-Participants who do not use STP will not receive sub-item of BO5 related to STP.
Thus, for Sub-Participants who do not use STP will not receive [change_reason_c] (Change Reason Code): 43.
 
For example:
Sub-item of BO5 for order cancellation which does not canceled by STP.
