Answer

No API call such as transaction, polling, etc. for longer than 60 sec. activates Forced Logout to the relative ID.
Automatic Cancellation functions in that case.
The case in question is less than 1 sec. and it does not reach to the threshold and therefore, the order is not inactivated by the Automatic Cancellation.
