Since each broadcast is not guaranteed to disseminated in order, BD70 (Price Information) may not always be disseminated before BD2 (Four Prices (High, Low, Open, Last/Close) Information / Index Information).
Therefore, BD2 (Four Prices (High, Low, Open, Last/Close) Information / Index Information) being disseminated before BD70 (Price Information) is also an expected behavior.
Moreover, other broadcasts are not guaranteed to be disseminated in order either.
On the other hand, the same broadcast is guaranteed to be disseminated in order.
