Answer

Tick size is the price value in placing orders, and it is set for each product.
Tick size for each product can be acquired by DQ122 (Request for acquiring instrument class) or from the Contract Specifications on the JPX website as below.
 
 
Since tick size for J-NET trading cannot be acquired through queries, please refer to section "4.6.2.1 J-NET Order Minimum Quote" of the J-GATE3.0 Connectivity Manual [Commonalities part] Appendix.
