Is there a penalty fee for the cancelation of the lines?

Answer

There will be no penalty fee for the lines which have been used more than one year.
When cancelled with the period of use less than one year, the penalty fee will be charged.
The amount of the penalty fee varies with type of the line or period of the contract.
The Quotation will be issued as the response to the cancellation request so please refer to it for the actual amount of the penalty fee.
Please note that if restoration work of the building arises in connection with the line removal, an extra restoration cost will arise.
