Is the arrownet line fee for the first month charged at a per diem fee?

Answer

For arrownet Basic fee (Physical line) and Co-location external connection line fee, it will occur from 1st the month following the day of the line opening date. We won't request the fee as per diem.
arrownet Usage Fee (logical line) occurs from the line opening date. If the line opening date is middle of the month, it will be charged at a per diem fee.
