What is the difference between Market Information and HF Trading user?

[Market Information User]
As of existing TOCOM system, Market Information user receives market data through API and is able to receive 10 prices depth info updated every 100 milliseconds (BO16).
*Terminal user is able to receive Price depth information (terminal) (BO17) updated every 2 seconds.

[HP Trading User]
New system for TOCOM to receive market information with ITCH Protocol.
Different from Market Information Users, HP Trading User receives all quote information.
Please note that there are few information cannot receive with ITCH Protocol such as closing price or etc.
