When is it available (online start/end time) for users to login arrowhead in production environment?

Answer

For the current system, it is available from 7:30am (beginning of the participant online time) to 5:00pm (end of the participant online time).
After the upgrade, the participant online time will be advanced. Participant online time starts at 7:00am, participant online time ends at 5:00pm.
Please refrain from connecting or logging on outside the online hours.
