Is it possible for OSE or TOCOM users to obtain each other's information?

Answer

OSE or TOCOM's Users as a rule are not able to obtain each other's information. However, this is not limited in regards to broadcasts that have infotype 'General'(BI7、BI9、BI41) and some queries(CQ68,DQ24,etc.) that have shared information common to OSE and TOCOM.
