When does the charge for arrowhead Virtual Server for the Production Environment start/end (cutoff date)?

Answer

Virtual Servers that are available for production use on the first business day of a month will be charged the amount of the monthly fee for the month. There is no per-diem rate even if Virtual Servers are removed in the middle of a month.

Since there is no application form for ToSTNeT Virtual Servers to go live, the fee charge starts when TSE installed the settings for newly added Virtual Servers and ends when TSE deleted the settings of Virtual Servers. The start/end date for production use will be written in the Configuration Sheet for ToSTNeT Virtual Servers.

*The installation work of the settings on TSE side is carried out on weekends where the Holiday test for ToSTNeT is conducted.
