We are not able to connect to arrownet.
How can we work on this matterr?

Answer

In case of before implementation of Network Reachability Test with arrownet,
please check your router configuration as same as the"Router Configuration for arrownet users" which we have presented to you.

If you have set the router configuration complicatedly, we would offer you  to confirm setting simple temporarily if possible.
(does not configure NAT / to set the arrownet connection only, etc.)
