[J-GATE]Unable to make TMC

Can you tell us why we are unable to make TMC?

Answer

Please check if the error code is as below and contact to JPX Service Desk (User Service Desk).
 
State                      : txstat
HeaderFile Define : CDB_TOO_MANY_TM_COMBOS
Error Code             : -300421
GetMessage          : The maximum number of TM combinations is reached.
 
If the error code is the same as above, this issue might cause due to the maximum number of TMC is reached with a certain reason.
It can be assumed that TMC were made by user without his intention.
We are dealing with this now so please wait for a while after the contact.
We will get back to you as soon as the handling finish.
