How is the upper limit of number of PTLG and unacceptable characters ?

Answer

- PTLG (ptl_id_s) should be 32 characters.
- The first 16 characters fixes with "Admin Sub Participant Code_Sub Participant ID"
       example : OXOSE00_OXOSE01
- The latter 16 characters can be set as (ptl_suffix_s) which should eb unique.
- It should be alphabetical characters and numeric but not symbolic.
- It should be sole PTLG name.
