Why can't I transit to Collateral Management System (Web Portal) after logging in SSO(Clearing)?

Answer

When you do not have User Information Authorization, you can't transit to Collateral Management System (Web Portal).

Please refer to "6-9: Register User Information" of "Web Portal Screen/File Specifications Document" posted on JSCC-Target Site and grant authority to a user by Group Administrator.
