We are running out of IP address which assigned for the business system in use. Can we connect from another business system's host range (IP) which is not in use?

Answer

Usually, each business system's host range is not useable for another business systems. The new user LAN address should be provided.
Please create an application for change and write details of user LAN to add in special note(at lower of application form).

For more details about Special Note, please find "arrowface Operation Manual" at top page of arrowface and refer to "[Appendix 4] Rule for writing of Special Note".
