We are thinking of migrating test Virtual Servers. If I delete the current VSs after building new VSs, how can I replace the old and new to prevent double charges?

Answer

In order to prevent double charge within the same month, you need to activate a new Virtual Server and delete an old Virtual Server.

Test Environment Virtual Servers for arrowhead/ToSTNeT that are active on the last day of the month of Weekday Test Environment will be charged.

According to our internal process, if you wish to take a maximum advantage of using Virtual Servers, please consider to delete the activated Virtual Servers a week earlier of Friday from the last business day.
