For using ITCH in production environment, do users need to pass Business Connectivity Test?

Answer

When installing a new line, participating in arrownet Network Reachability Test is required as well as confirming normal receiving of multicast messages.
Assuming that there are policies for each user to begin ITCH production use, participating in Business Connectivity Test is optional.
On the other hand, users are asked to participate in Business Connectivity Test when newly using Rewind and Glimpse.
