[J-GATE]Normal order doesn't exist in orderbook. ID which placed order was disconnected for few minutes by system problem. Is the issue related to this disconnection?

Placed normal order does not exist in orderbook. 
Later, the ID which placed the order was disconnected for few minutes due to system problem at user side. 
Does the non-existence relate to this disconnection ?

Answer

This is the function inactivating normal order placed.
This function is activated when the relative ID is logged out forcefully.(Please refer to the J-GATE Connectivity Manual "4.1.2. Heartbeat Monitoring and Forced Logout".)
Please note that this function can be set to desired ID at the request of user.
