The online (available) hours of each clearing system are as follows.

[SSO]
From Monday 4:30 a.m. to Saturday 6:30 a.m. (except holidays)

[Cash Products Clearing System]
Every business day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the next day

[Derivatives Clearing System]
Every business day from 7:30 a.m. to 6:10 a.m. the next day

[JGB Clearing System]
Every business day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

[OTC Clearing/Collateral Management System]
Every business day from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight
(Web Portal Plus: Every business day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
