What is the condition under which arrowhead system sends Warning Information (Trading Halt)?

Answer

The arrowhead will disseminated the Trading Halt's Warning Information if the Trading Halt time contains the full or partial presence time.
Even when Trading Halt is published, there is no disseminated of Warning Information (Trading Halt) since the Trading Halt time zone start online, until the session began, or after Afternoon session end.

If Trading Halt is deactivated after Trading Halt and the session is terminated during the session, there is no disseminated of Warning Information for Release of Trading Halt.
