Yes, FLEX services also disseminate the Trading Halt information.
The Trading Halt information to be disseminated by the FLEX service is the Trading Halt related to the trading session hours of arrowhead and the Trading Halt related to the order acceptance hours of ToSTNeT. No disseminated of Trading Halt information occurs during other times.

The Trading Halt of the arrowhead can be identified from the ST-Tag of FLEX Standard/Full.
Trading Halt of ToSTNeT can be identified from the TI-tags of FLEX Standard services.
