Answer

In normal operation, FLEX does not disseminate information that is released during the order acceptance hours for arrowhead ST tag.
For ToSTNeT, since trading has been halted before the start of trading hours, it will not be disseminated Trading Halt Information using TI tag, so Release of Trading Halt information will not be disseminated at 8:20am.
