It is possible. However, there are some conditions.

<Steps of download the letter>
1) Access Target JPX site
URL:https://www.arrowgate.jp/fw/dfw/tsebpp/webxportal/tsehome
*It's required "http:" before "//www" only if you access Target JPX site via arrownet.
2) Click "書類を検索する"
3) Click "通知書類" from search targets
4) Enter document ID which you are looking for on "書類ID" box of search criteria, and then
click "検索する".
