If we add logical line with redundant config. on existing line, is there impact on existing routing protocol settings of other logical lines, even if BGP is implemented?

Answer

It will be nothing issues if CE/L3SW is installed on a SP basis, or connection is logically divided by using a router with VRF feature. For redundancy, it's required to set up BGP (Dynamic Routing).
Please note CE/L3SW for JASDEC cannot be shared with other SPs.
