Is the implemention of Storm control function would be applied to both unicast transmissions of the J-GATE and arrowhead system?

Answer

The Storm control fuction is applied to the connection port and switch of the Co-Location circuit, therefore both J-GATE and arrowhead will be targeted, and the limitation to  traffic/transmission amount (packet volume) will be applied.
Furthermore, the implemention will be applied to the unicast transmission even with the Multicast line such as CJM.
