Answer

The Strom control function is only meant for the upstream transmission coming from the user, not to be applied to the downstream transmission coming from JPX toward users.
※ The Strom control function for the broadcast and multicast is also only applied to the upstream transmission, and there will be no effect to the notification and the Market Data subscribtion.
