How can I place an order when the port of the connection device has been shut down by the storm control function?

Answer

When one of your arrownet line has been shut you can place an order by using other lines. However, if one arrownet line's traffic/transmission has been switched to another line due to the shut down by the storm control function, this may cause another shutdown as long as there is the same amount of traffic/transmission.
