How can I cancel my orders when the port of the connection device has been shut down by the storm control function?

Answer

Since the storm control function is applied to each arrownet lines separately, It is possible to cancel an order by using other arrownet lines which has not been shut down.
Please also note that cancel-on-disconnect function in J-GATE enables the users to have the orders inactive.
In arrowhead, all the order on the ticker will be cancelled while cancel-on-disconnect function has been in effective. In addition, Kill Switch function can also cancel the orders on the ticker.
※As Cancel-On-Disconnect function is monitored by Heart Beat, there must be maximum 60 second time delay.
