How can I unlock an account (User ID) in SSO/Portal (Clearing System)?

Answer

In case you need to unlock a Group Admin account (User ID), please send an email to the JPX Service Desk - Clearing <servicedesk_clearing@jpx.co.jp> with the following information.

- Target Environment: (Production Environment/Test Environment)
- User Group Code:
- User ID:
- Target System: (Clearing SSO, Direct Connection to Derivatives Clearing System, Direct Connection to Cash Products Clearing System)

If you require a Group Member account (User ID) to be unlocked, please log in to the system by Group Admin account (User ID) and unlock the Group Member account.
Regarding the procedure for the unlocking of account, please refer to the section "4-3-2. Reset Lockout" in the document "SSO/Portal User Manual" listed on Target-JSCC Site.

1. Go to Target-JSCC Site.

* The URL starts with "http:" if accessing Target via arrownet.
* Target-JSCC site is available only in Japanese.

2. Click "書類をダウンロードする" tab at the top bar.

3. Click "Specifications etc." under the category "Listed Products" or "システム運用マニュアル" under the category "国債店頭取引".

4. Click "SSOPortal User Manual" under the category "Specifications etc.".
