How to update the e-mail address to receive the notification when uploading the invoice.

Answer

Invoices are uploaded to Target every month at 4:00pm on the fifth business day.
When uploading, you will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address registered for the Target User ID for refer the invoice.

To check and update the e-mail address that is the destination of the notification, open the "ユーザ更新" screen from "ユーザ基本情報設定" at the top right of the screen after logging in to Target, and edit the e-mail address.

To request a new issuance of a Target ID for refer invoice, please submit a "Application for New User ID" on arrowface.
