We think there is no minimum contract period or arrownet cloud connection. Is there any penalty fee if we cancel the line less than a year?

Answer

As you recognize, there is no minimum contract period or arrownet cloud user connection.
Therefore, if you are not using the line any more, it is okay to cancel the line.

However, please note in advance that at least one month will be required as a lead time in order to newly set the virtual interface.
