When using arrownet cloud user connection, who will pay the usage fee for AWS other than arrownet line? Is it TSE (JPX) or user?

When using arrownet cloud user connection, who will pay the usage fee for AWS other than arrownet line? Is it TSE (JPX) or user?

Answer

This service uses AWS DirectConnect.
Based on the price table of AWS, users will pay for the transfer fee of DX Data from user to JPX.
JPX will pay for transfer fee of DX Data from JPX to user.
Other fees such as usage fee of VPC will be imposed to you by AWS.
