Select the contract status as the search condition.
Valid contract is a contract that the application is approved and the start date has passed.
Up-coming contract is a contract that the application is approved and the start date has not come yet.
Expired contract is a contract that the cancel date has passed.

2: Application Type
Select the type of the application.

3: Desired Start Date
Click Calendar button, then select the desired start/change/cancel date.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
For cancellation, enter the day following the date of last use.
e.g.) If the last day of use is 2015/10/31,
   enter the desired date "2015/11/1".
*Add, change or cancel the delivery date of the GPS cable connection is 3 weeks.

4: Power Circuit
There are a main line and a sub line.
You can either house both main and sub lines in the same rack or house one in each rack.

5: Pair ID
When applying, enter an arbitrary ID to identify the paired line. The entered ID is valid only for the day of application.
After the application is submitted, JPX assigns another pair ID. The assigned ID by JPX is displayed as "Fixed Pair ID".
