Answer

 
1: Update Time
The date and time when an action such as Approve/Return/Disapprove was executed in the application flow.
 
2: Screen ID
The ID displayed on the upper-left corner of the application form screen.
 
3: Form Name
The name of the application form or the request form.
 
4: Approver Group
The group who is confirming the application at the moment.
 
5: Application ID
The identification code for applications.
The ID is displayed on the upper-left corner of the application screen.
 
 
6: Source Application ID
The application ID of the source application used to create another related application.
In the case of Shared Usage, the application ID of the source application which Shared Centers have created will be displayed as the source application ID in each application for Shared Users.
 
7: Submitted by
The user name who submitted the application.
 
8: Application Date
The date the application was submitted.
 
9: Create Date
The date the application was created.
 
10: Status
Please see Status Guidance.
*If you want to search for "Application Not Submit", please search by the date of application to the blank.
 
11: Project ID
Arbitrary code set by user as an identifier to bind multiple applications.
 
 
12: Rack ID
Target rack ID of the applicant.
*If you want to search for the co-location facility application, please search for the rack ID in the blank.
 
13: The desired date
The Start/Change/Cancellation date of the applied service.
*If you want to search for "Application for Using Test Environment", please search in the blank the desired date.
 
14: Carrier
"Y" will appear on applications affecting the physical line.
