1: Update Time
The date and time when an action such as Approve/Return/Disapprove was executed in the application flow.
 
2: Application ID
The identification code for applications.
The ID is displayed on the upper-right corner of the application screen.
 
3: Source Application ID
The application ID of the source application that the application or the quote request is duplicated from.
 
4: Form Name
The name of the application form or the request form.
 
5: Approver Group
The group who is confirming the application at the moment.
 
6: Application date
The application ID of the source application used to create another related application.
In the case of Shared Usage, the application ID of the source application which Shared Centers have created will be displayed as the source application ID in each application for Shared Users.
 
7: Start Date
The Start/Change/Cancellation date of the applied service.
 
8: Submitted by
The user name who submitted the application.
 
9: Project ID
Arbitrary strings set by user as an identifier to bind multiple applications.
