1: Edit
Click to edit the information of the virtual servers.
 
2: Import arrowhead VS Config CSV
Click to register the config information by importing the CSV file.
Up to 5000 items can be registered at a time.
*Please refer to the arrowface operation manual for the CSV format.
 
3: Export CSV
Click to export the arrowhead config information in CSV format.
 
4: Company Name (Trading Participant/Sharing System Vendor)
The company name of the login user or the shared system vendor.
 
5: Classification of System
Select the classification of system.
 
6: Name of System
Enter the system in use.
e.g.) XX trading system, XX trade system, auction, trade Ita, etc.
 
7: System Vendor
When using a system vendor, enter the company name. If in-house development, please enter "In-House Development".
 
8: Communication Management Program
Enter the program name of the protocol for transmission.
 
9: Address of Installation site of Virtual Server
Enter the address, building name and floor of the installation site of the virtual servers.
Note: The address must be the same between the lines with the same line ID.
 
10: Line Owner
If you wish to allocate another new shared system vendor on a virtual server that already allocated with other shared system vendor, please select a shared system vendor you wish to add.
Note: If you wish to apply the application for allocating multiple shared system vendor on a virtual server, please refer to arrowface Operation Manual.
 
11: Given arrownet Line ID + SP Line ID of Current Line
Select the line ID which the virtual server connects to.
*If the selected line is redundant, the pair line ID will be shown in the field "Given arrownet Line ID + SP Line ID of Standby Line".
 
12: TSE Side IP Address
Optional. If you wish to allocate the IP address, select the IP address.
Note: TSE side port number will be automatically fiiled in when you select IP Address.
 
13: Virtual Server IP Address
Optional. If you wish to allocate the IP addresses, enter the IP addresses complying with the Router Configulation Info..
 
14: Virtual Server Port No.
Optional. If you wish to allocate the Port No., enter the desired value in the range from 10000 to 65535.
 
15: Cabinet No.
Enter up to 15 alphanumeric characters as the cabinet number.
Use the characters to identify the server machine that the arrowhead virtual server is installed.
It does not have to be the same as the host name.
(You may assign just consecutive numbers such as 01, 02, 03...)
The cabinet number and the branch number will be used to assign the IP address of the virtual server machine.
When assigning IP address and port number to virtual server machine, the combination of the cabinet number and the branch number described in the application form will be considered and assigned, but cabinet number and the branch number specified in the past application form are not considered.

16: Branch No.
Enter a number as the branch number.
This number is used to identify the combination of the arrowhead virtual server and the IP address within the cabinet.
This item is arbitrary but needs to start from "1".
The cabinet number and the branch number will be used to assign the IP address of the virtual server machine.
When assigning IP address and port number to virtual server machine, the combination of the cabinet number and the branch number described in the application form will be considered and assigned, but cabinet number and the branch number specified in the past application form are not considered.

17: Group ID
This is an optional item. For using a function that instruct to suspend/cancel Orders by Virtual Server group, specify last 2 alphanumeric of the virtual server group ID.
The first 4 alphanumeric of the ID are automatically created.
*Group ID can't contain O (capital letter), o (lower case), I (capital letter of i) and l (lower case of L).
 
18: Sending Number Group
Select the available sending number of messages (Order-Notice) from the virtual server.
 
19: Authority of VS Management
The authority to utilize the Order Suspension/Cancellation Instruction (Kill Switch).
Select "Yes" or "No" for Order-Notice virtual servers and Copy-Notice virtual servers.
 
20: Use of COD
Select whether to utilize the Cancel on Disconnect functions.
 
21: Desired Date
Click Calendar button, and select the desired date want to start/change. You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
Enter up Scheduled start Date of use of Additional/Change Virtual Server for "Desired Date".
*Desired Date must be specified on a TSE business day at least after 4 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included).
*For Test systems, please specify Friday at least after 4 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included). (If the application cannot be approved by 4 business days before your desired configuration reflection date in the system on JPX Service Desk, we may not be able to meet your desired schedule).
JPX Service Desk usually implements system reflection work on Thursdays for Test systems. It may take more than 4 business days depending on the timing of your application, in cases where there are holidays and/or other reasons (Your desired configuration details will be reflected to the system on the next day of the JPX Service Desk reflection work).
Please contact JPX Service Desk(arrowhead/ToSTNeT)if Thursday or Friday is a national holiday.
*Only one desired date can be requested in the same application per one-time submission.
 
22: Method of Obtaining Notices during VS errors
Select the method of obtaining the notices during virtual server errors. If you have two or more methods, select the main method.
If the type of the virtual server is "Query" or "Drop Copy", select "-".
 
23: STP Account Number
Enter the 8 digit number (halfwidth) [(LLT code 5 digits)+(3 optional digits)] of STP account.
 
24: STP Type
Select the STP type.
 
25: LLT Category
Select the category of Low Latency Trading for each virtual server.
 
26: LLT Code
When LLT Category is "Only" or "Share", enter the 5 digits registration numbers (halfwidth) of Persons conducting Low Latency Trading. If there are multiple users, enter the Main user's registration number.
 
27: LLT Code 2 - LLT Code 10
When LLT Category is "Share", enter the 5 digits registration numbers (halfwidth) of Persons conducting Low Latency Trading.
 
28: Save
Click to save the entered data.
 
29: Desired date of work operation by TSE (Production systems) / Desired date of work operation by JPX (Test systems)
Enter for arrowhead Virtual Server (Production systems) Additional/Change application.
Click Calendar button and select Desired Date of Work Operation by TSE (Production systems) / Desired date of work operation by JPX (Test systems). You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
*Please specify Wednesday or Friday (or previous business day if it is a holiday, etc.) at least after 3 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included) as Desired date of work operation by TSE (Production systems).
*Please specify Thursday (please contact us if it is a holiday) at least after 3 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included) as Desired date of work operation by JPX (Test systems).
However, it may take more days than usual in the following cases.
- If there are a large quantity of applications from one or multiple companies.
- If more than 10 IP address/Port Numbers are needed to provide by TSE.
- If it is a Sharing application or required to apply on behalf of applicants by SD (it may take about 3 business days than usual).
- If the application cannot be approved due to other reasons such as incomplete information.
