1: Desired Test Date
Enter the desired date of connectivity test.
Click Calendar button, and select the desired date.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
*Due of application is previous business day of Connectivity Test on Thursday Connectivity Test, and 2 business days before the day of Connectivity Test on Holiday Connectivity Test.
e.g.) Apply by Thursday, September 5th, 2021 if you desire Connectivity Test on Sunday, September 8th, 2021.
(If TSE cannot approve by the above schedule, TSE may not be able to meet on your desired schedule).
*Please refer to "Schedule of Connectivity Tests for Trading Participants", which is available on System Documents Site, for the schedule of connectivity test day.
 
2: Desired Start Time
Enter the desired start time of connectivity test in hh:mm format.
 
3: Company Name
Enter the company name of contact to use at connectivity test.
e.g.) ABC Securities Ltd.
 
4: Department
Enter the department name of contact to use at connectivity test.
 
5: Person's Name
Enter the name of the person in charge of contact to use at connectivity test.
 
6: Phone
Enter the phone number of the contact to use at connectivity test.
Only numbers and '-' are allowed.
e.g.) 000-1234-5678
 
7: E-mail
Enter any notes to JPX about the contact on the day, as needed.
