[Screen Help] Application for Patch Panel (Inter-User Connection)

1: Desired Start
Click Calendar button, and select the desired start/change date.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
2: Counterpart Company Code
Enter the company code (5-digit number) of the counterpart.
3: Identifier of End-user
Enter the arbitrary identifier name.
4: Inter-User Connection Cost Sharing Ratios of Initial Cost and Usage Fee
Cost Sharing Ratios is displayed.
5: Move to Rack ID/Port No.
When selecting "Edit" at Application Type, select the destination rack ID and the port number.
Only free ports are available.
