How can I reset the password for SSO (Clearing)?

Answer

The procedure for resetting the password of the subordinate users by the group administrator ID and member ID for the OTC clearing/collateral management system of Clearing SSO is described in [SSO Portal User Manual], 4-3-1 Reset Password, which the manual is provided on the Target-JSCC site.

[How to search]
1. Go to Target-JSCC Site.
URL: https://portal.arrowfront.jp/target/x/jscpss/webportal/top.html
* The URL starts with "http:" if accessing Target via arrownet.
* Target-JSCC site is available only in Japanese.

2. Click "書類をダウンロードする" tab at the top bar.

3. Click "Specifications etc." under the category "Listed Products"or "システム運用マニュアル" under the category "国債店頭取引".

4. Click "SSOPortal User Manual" under the category "Specifications etc.".


If the password of a group administrator ID needs to be reset,
please send an email to JPX Service Desk - Clearing <servicedesk_clearing@jpx.co.jp> with the below information.

Target Environment: (Production Environment/Test Environment)
User Group Code:
User ID:
Target System: (Clearing SSO, Direct Connection to Derivatives Clearing System, Direct Connection to Cash Products Clearing System)

Furthermore, please conduct password reset for the SSO/Portal's member ID by using group administrator account.
