Answer

Virtual Servers that are in production operation on the first business day of month will be charged the amount of the monthly fee for the month. There is no per-diem rate even if Virtual Servers are removed in the middle of a month.

*A Virtual Server enters [Production Operation Status] upon approval of the date specified in Application for arrowhead Virtual Server Production Operation.
The end of charges for Trading Facility Usage Fee is the business day after the removal date specified in Application for Removal of arrowhead/ToSTNeT Virtual Server, here removal of all the configured Source IP Addresses of a Virtual Server is approved.
*The Trading Facility Usage Fee applies to one out of three Source IP Addresses of a Virtual Server that enters Production Operation status.
*Please refer to "Rules regarding Trading Participant Fees, etc." for more details about the Trading Facility Usage Fee and date of payment for arrowhead Virtual Server.

Unlike the production machines, the test machines do not require Application for arrowhead Virtual Server Production Operation, and all Virtual Servers at the end of each month are charged.
For example, if Fri, January 30, is the last test date, the Virtual Server that exists as of Fri, January 30, will be charged for January.
