*Due of application for arrowhead is previous business day of Connectivity Test on Thursday Connectivity Test, and 2 business days before the day of Connectivity Test on Holiday Connectivity Test.
*Due of application for ToSTNeT is 2 business days before the day of Connectivity Test on Holiday Connectivity Test.

e.g.) Apply by Thursday, September 5th, 2024 if you desire Connectivity Test on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.
(If JPX Service Desk cannot approve by the above schedule, JPX Service Desk may not be able to meet on your desired schedule).

*The date of Connectivity Test may be different before go-live of arrowhead4.0. The actual Connectivity Test date will be notified separately.

Enter the name of the person in charge of contact to use at connectivity test.

 

Enter the phone number of the contact to use at connectivity test.
Only numbers and '-' are allowed.
e.g.) 000-1234-5678

 

Enter any notes to JPX about the contact on the day, as needed.
