Simultaneous Orders sum orders per trading participant for each price and one order unit is allocated in order from the trading participant with the largest order quantity.
The time-first rule does not apply, but if there is more than one trading participants with the same total order quantity, the allocation starts with the trading participant with the earliest first order.
