Answer

If a Virtual Server has sent messages beyond the Sending Allowed Message Sequence Number (SAMSN), arrowhead regards the exceeded messages as an Incorrect Message, and the acceptance process will not be performed.
Also arrowhead will send a Reject Message to the Virtual Server.

The SAMSN is managed by per Virtual Server basis and it is not controlled by the line types.
Please refer to the "System Interface Specifications for arrowhead - ESP (Exchange Standard Protocol) " of 3.8.2.Operation Message Transmission Procedures - Overview.
