1: Usage Category
Select the usage category.
 
2: System Vendor
Enter the system vendor, and search.
 
3: Trading Participant
In the case of system vendors, click the [Select] button, select the trading participant.
*If you choose 3 or more companies, trading participant's name column will appear only three companies,
the list of search results will be displayed all of the selected trading participants.
 
4: Shared System Vendor
When the login user is a trading participant and the Usage Category is "Service Sharing", select the shared system vendor.

5: Virtual Server Class
Select the virtual server class, and search.
*Only if you select the "order-notification", you can search and select a group of telegram transmission possible number.
 
6: Exchange
Select the exchange.
 
7: Virtual Server ID
Enter the virtual server ID and search it.
Click on the [Enter] button.
Enter the virtual server ID with alphanumeric characters in the virtual server ID input form and search it.
When you search for several virtual server ID, press Ctrl + Enter button and enter the other virtual server ID.
*Search by the exact match or prefix match
 
8: Group ID
Enter the virtual server group ID (alphanumeric) and search it.
*Prefix match only.
 
9: Line ID
Enter the line ID with alphanumeric characters and search it.
*Prefix match only.
 
10: Date Search
Select the type of date from the list.
Click the calendar button next to the date input field, and select the search date.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
You can enter either a "from" date or a "to" date.
 
11: Application ID
Enter the application ID with alphanumeric characters.
 
12: LLT Category
Select LLT category and search.
 
13: LLT Code
Enter 5 registration numbers (halfwidth) of Persons conducting Low Latency Trading.
*Prefix match only.
 
14: STP Account Number
Select and search STP account number. Enter the 8 digit numbers (halfwidth) [(LLT code 5 digits) +(3 optional digits)].
 
15: STP Type
Select either STP type or whether STP is applicable or not and search it.
 
16: Status
Please see Status Guidance.
 
17: LLT Name
Enter the trade name, business name, or name of such individual for Persons conducting Low Latency Trading and search.
 
18: Number of Virtual Servers
Number of Virtual Servers.
When an exchange is specified in [Exchange], the numbers for the exchange are shown.
 
19: Add New Virtual Server
Make a new registration of arrowhead virtual server.
Click [Add New Virtual Server] and enter the new registration number in the arrowhead virtual server new registration screen.
 
 
20: Search results
The list of virtual servers searched by the conditions.
 
21: arrowhead Virtual Server Config
Click to view the configuration information of the arrowhead virtual servers.
 
22: arrowhead Drop-Copy Config
Make the application of arrowhead Drop-Copy configuration.
Put a check Drop-Copy Virtual Server that you want to config from the list, and press the button.
 
23: arrowhead Drop-Copy Config (for ref.)
Click to view the configuration information of the arrowhead Drop-Copy.
Put a check Drop-Copy Virtual Server that you want to display from the list, and press the button.
 
24: Request the Business System Test
Click to make a request of the arrowhead business system test.
Select the virtual servers before clicking the button.
Please refer to "[arrowhead]The checking procedures for arrowhead Virtual Server Connectivity Test", which is available on System Documents Site, for the checking procedures for arrowhead Virtual Server Connectivity Test.
 
25: Desired Production Operation Date
Enter when applying for the production operation.
Click Calendar button, and select the desired production operation date from the calendar.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
*The Production Operation date must be specified on a TSE business day at least after 4 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included).
(If TSE cannot approve the application by 4 business days before Production Operation Date, TSE may not be able to meet on your desired schedule.)
TSE usually implements system reflection work on Wednesdays and Fridays, and it takes at least 3 business days from your application submission date to the TSE reflection work.
(The start of the business system usage is on the date specified in the Production Operation Application.)
It may take more than 4 business days depending on the timing of your application, in cases where there are holidays and/or other reasons.
 
26: Create the Production Operation application form
Carry out the production operation application of arrowhead.
Click to create the application with the entered information.
Select the virtual servers (only target IP) and enter the desired production operation date before clicking the button.
Please do not apply for the virtual server with the IP address "0.0.0.0".
 
27: Last date of use
Enter when applying to remove arrowhead virtual server.
Click Calendar button, and select the last day of use of the arrowhead virtual server.
You can also enter the date directly in yyyy/mm/dd format.
*Last date of use of Virtual Server for Production systems must be specified on a TSE business day at least after 3 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included).
(If TSE cannot approve the application by 3 business days before Last date of use, TSE may not be able to meet on your desired schedule).
TSE usually implements system reflection work on Wednesdays and Fridays for Production systems, and it takes at least 3 business days from your application submission date to the TSE reflection work (The end of the business system usage is on the date specified in the Removal Application).
It may take more than 3 business days depending on the timing of your application, in cases where there are holidays and/or other reasons.
*Last date of use of Virtual Server for Test systems must be specified on Thursday (please contact us if it is a holiday) at least after 3 business days from your application submission date (submission date itself is not included).
(If JPX Service Desk cannot approve the application by 3 business days before Last date of use, JPX Service Desk may not be able to meet on your desired schedule).
JPX Service Desk usually implements system reflection work on Thursdays for Test systems, and it takes at least 3 business days from your application submission date to the JPX Service Desk reflection work (The end of the business system usage is on the date specified in the Removal Application).
If you would like to delete Test Virtual Servers by the end of the month, the deadline is the 20th of every month (or the previous business day when the 20th is a non-business day).
 
28: Create the Removal application form
Create the removal application form for arrowhead.
Check the Virtual Server you would like to remove from the Virtual Server list, then confirm the last date of use and click the "Create the Removal application form" button.
Please do not apply for the virtual server with the IP address "0.0.0.0".
